November is a Time to be Grateful

By Robyn BeckmanAttachments

I am grateful for music and my sense of hearing so that I can listen and enjoy all the beautiful varieties and genres of music. Music can create a mood, change a mood, uplift me, soothe, energize, calm and evoke memories! I am grateful for the easy access to so many musicians, artists, bands, symphonies and talent.

This year has brought my attention to how much I appreciate my husband, dog, home, health, teachers, students, restaurant & grocery store workers and nature!

Fricken Zoom. I am grateful for it – even though I am tired of it and can’t wait to see people in person, feel their energy and hug them! I appreciate being able to connect with people “virtually” and continue having our meditation classes throughout the pandemic.  Oh, and puzzles!
